Account Responsibilities
- •You must provide accurate information when registering.
- •You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- •You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Acceptable Use
- •Use Cricket Auction Manager only for legitimate cricket auction purposes.
- •Do not attempt to manipulate bids, purses, or auction results.
- •Do not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- •Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizers.
- •Do not abuse, overload, or disrupt the platform's services.
Subscriptions and Billing
- •Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly depending on your selection.
- •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- •You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
- •Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions remain at the current rate until renewal.
Intellectual Property
- •Cricket Auction Manager and its branding, design, and code are owned by Cricket Auction Manager.
- •You retain ownership of all auction data you create on the platform.
- •You grant us a license to process and display your data as needed to run the service.
Termination
- •You can delete your account at any time.
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- •Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
- •Cricket Auction Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- •We are not liable for any losses resulting from auction outcomes or data issues.
- •Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
